Celebrate Your Party At Henderson's

Henderson's Gymnastics Academy parties are great for any occasion and are available for one and a half (11/2) hours. The last half (1/2) hour of the party is set aside for party time.  The number of children Does Not include the Birthday child or siblings! 

A Deposit is required at the time you are booking the party.  To cancel, a two week notice prior to the scheduled date of the party is required to receive half the deposit.

We offer two types of parties:

Small Large
Up to 18 children
may be invited.  		18 to 30 children
may be invited. 
Cost: $120.00

One hour and a half (11/2) total party time. Same as Small .
One (1) hour of instruction/supervision on the equipment One hour of instruction/supervision on the equipment
One Half (1/2) hour party time for your snacks, cake, gifts. One Half (1/2) hour party time for your snacks, cake, gifts.
This party size requires two instructors This party size requires three instructors
This party requires a $40.00 deposit. This party requires a $60.00 deposit.

Available Days and Times:

Saturday Nights: 4:30-6:00pm

Sundays: 11:00am-12:30pm, 1:00pm-2:30pm, 3:00pm-4:30pm

  • Party Invitations are included with each package.

  • Invited children should be within a three (3) year age range.

  • Children 3 years of age and younger must have an adult present for them.

  • All children should be dressed for active play in proper gym attire.

  • No refrigeration is available for ice cream, cakes or drinks

  • The gym will open 15 minutes before the start of your party for set up.

  • Invited children should arrive within 5 minutes of party starting time.
     

  • Henderson's Gymnastics Academy will supply the gym area, tables, chairs and CLEAN UP.

  • You supply the paper products, food, drinks, birthday cake, and garbage bags.

  • Final party payment must be made the Thursday before the scheduled party date.

  • Cash only, please for the final payment.

  • Tipping is allowed and appreciated!
