This is a sample form, the real one will have valid
dates.
This form MUST be returned or emailed to the
studio by December 15.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
We Need Your Help!
Our Performance is a success due to the group
effort of staff, students and families. It is understandable that volunteering
will limit enjoyment of Encore's sensational production, however, negotiations
and benefits will be provided for all volunteers.
Each class will need two (2) adult volunteers
for the rehearsal and performance.
The program at
Encore Center for Performing Arts seeks to inspire all students to
have a passion to succeed and to feel great about ones self.
